posted by joy 08-11-98 8:27 AM Chocolate Gravy 1 cup sugar 3 heaping tablespoons flour 2 tablespoons Hershey's cocoa 2 1/2 cups of water Mix dry contents, add water, bring to a boil, boil untill thick. Serve warm over biscuits.
