Chocolate Syrup
1/2 cup cocoa 
1 cup water
2 cups sugar 
1/8 teaspoon salt 
1/4 teaspoon vanilla 
Mix the cocoa and water in saucepan.  
Heat and stir to dissolve. Add sugar and stir to dissolve.  
Boil 3 minutes, stirring.  
Add salt and vanilla.  
Pour into a pint jar (or the old Hershey bottle once it cools.)
