6 large marshmallows
1 egg white
dash of salt
1/2 cup maple syrup
Cut marshmallows into small quarters.Beat egg white until slightly stiff.Bring syrup to a boil,then add marshmallows and salt and blend well.Pour over egg white and beat until well blended.Chill
