Baked Toffee Sauce

Open can of condensed milk and put it in a dish. Set that dish in a shallow pan of water like you would a custard, and bake it till it caramelized.

It was only about an hour if my memory serves me correctly. Wonderful for making creamy caramel filled chocolates with the molds.
