Raspberry Beaujolais Sorbet

Raspberry Beaujolais

3 c. fresh raspberries
1 c. Beaujolais
2 T. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. heavy or whipping cream


Put in a food processor fitted with a steel blade or a blender and process until smooth. Freeze in an ice cream maker, following manufacturer's instructions. Makes 1 quart.
