Strawberry cheesecake Tarts
(recipe from pillsbury creative parties)

1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softend
1 cup frozen strawberries thawed
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cup frozen whipped topping thawed
6 individual graham cracker pie shells (or 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust can be substituted)

In food processor bowl with metal blade or blender container, combine cream cheese, strawberries and sugar; process until smooth. transfer to large bowl, fold in whipped topping. Spoon mixture, mounding slightly into individual pie shells. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 to 2 hours. Garnish with additional whipped topping and fresh strawberries, if desired.
