Tiramisu 
3 eggs, separated 
1/2 c plus 1/8 t sugar 
1 c plus 1 T espresso 
2 T orange liqueur 
1 c mascarp[one cheese 
2 T unsweetened cocoa 
20 ladyfingers, toasted 
In a bowl, combine egg yolks, 1/2 c sugar, 1 T espresso and orange liqueur. BEat with electric mixer until foamy, 2-3 minutes. Add mascarpone cheese and beat for 3-5 minutes, or until mixture is very smooth. 
In a large bowl, combine egg whites and 1/8 t sugar and beat until egg whites are stiff. Gently fold the mascarpone mixture into the whites. Set aside. 
Pour 1 c espresso into a shallow bowl. Dip both sides of each ladyfinger ito the espresso. Arrange a layer of 6-7 ladyfingers in the bottom of a decorative serving bowl. Spread about 1/3 of mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Continue layering ladyfingers and mascarpone, finishing with mascarpone layer. Sift cocoa over top and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. 
Spoon into individual serving dishes.
