1 box fudge brownie mix
1 large box instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg. milk chocolate toffee bits
1 (12 oz.) tub whipped topping
Bake brownie according to pkg. directions in 13x9 pan. Cool. Divide in half, and crumble in pieces.
Make pudding according to directions.
In a large bowl or trifle dish layer half the brownies, half the pudding, half the toffee bits, and half the topping. Repeat with remaining half. Chill 6-8 hours. Serves 16
