Title: Grape Jelly - Diet

Yield: 1 Jar
1/4 cup Water
1 1/2 cup (12 oz.) can - grape juice -concentrate, unsweetened
1/2 tsp. Lemon juice
1 pkg. (1 tbsp.) gelatin - plain
In a medium size sauce pan combine water, concentrate, lemon juice and gelatin. Let rest 5 minutes to soften gelatin. Put pan on stove over medium heat and bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Pour into container and store in refrigerator.
Remove from refrigerator at least 10 minutes before serving and allow to soften a bit. Best served at room temperature.
