Melon Granita
1 Lge Honeydew melon
Juice and grated zest of 1 lemon
1/4 Cup Powdered sweetener
Mint leaves to garnish
Blend all ingredients except mint, freeze as in above recipe until icy, serve in tall glasses garnished with mint leaves.
