Sugar Free Apple Pie

1/3 CP FROZEN APPLE JUICE CONCENTRATE 
4 PACKETS ARITFICIAL SWEETENER (TO QUAL 8 TSP SUGAR) 
2 TSP CORNSTARCH 
1 TSP GROUND CINNAMON 
PASTRY FOR DOUBLE-CRUST PIE (9") 
8 CP THINLY SLICED PEELED BAKING APPLE 
1 tBLSP MARGARINE 

COMBINE THE FIRST FOUR INGREDIENTS. LINE PIE PLATE WITH BOTTOM CRUST; ADD
APPLES. POUR JUICE MIXTURE OVER APPLES; DOT WITH MARGARINE. ROLL OUT REMAINING
PASTRY TO FIT TOP OF PIE; CUT SLITS IN TOP. PLACE OVER FILLING; SEAL AND FLUTE
EDGES. BAKE AT 375* FOR 35 MIN. INCREASE OVEN TO 400*; BAKE 15-20 MIN OR UNTIL
APPLES ARE TENDER.
