  7 Layer Mexican Dip 
 
  Serves...20 to 30 
Mix Together:
  1 cup sour cream mixed with 1/2 cup mayonnaise
 
  1 small package of tako seasoning
 
Have ready to layer:
  8 ozs grated cheddar cheese 
  2 small cans jalapino bean dip 
  1 bunch green onions, chopped 
  3 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped 
  1/2 cup chopped, ripe olives 
  3 very ripe avacados, mashed with 2 teaspoons lemon juice. 
  salt and pepper to taste. 
  The easiest way to prepare this dip is right in the serving plate. 
  Layer in this order: 
  Beans. 
  Sour cream mixture. 
  Avacado mixture. 
  Tomatoes. 
  Cheddar cheese. 
  Green onions. 
  Ripe olives 
  Serve... with tortilla chips.
