Artichoke Dip 
1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained 
1/4 cup fresh flat leaf parsley 
1 medium clove garlic, peeled 
2 tbs lemon juice 
1 1/2 cups sour cream 
Salt 
Cayenne pepper 
Place all ingredients into food processor and mix until smooth.
