Bacon and Egg Dip 
1 (8 oz.) pack of soft cream cheese 
1/4 c milk 
1/4 t salt 
1/8 t pepper 
 
4 slices fried bacon chopped up 
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped 
3 to 6 green onions chopped 
1/2 t ground pepper  
2 Tbl. fine chopped dill pickle 
Blend together first 4 ingredients.   
Stir in remaining ingredients until well combined.  
Chill. Makes 2 1/2 cups 
Can substitute shrimp, crab, or lobster for the bacon.
