Baked Southwestern Dip

Crust:
2 cups crushed Fritos® brand Chili Cheese Flavored or Original Corn Chips
1/4 cup melted butter

Filling:
3 (8-oz.) packages of cream cheese
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese (put through food processor until smooth)
2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 (4-oz.) can diced green chili peppers
2 teaspoons granulated garlic
1 tablespoon Tabasco® brand pepper sauce

Topping:
1 can Frito-Lay's® brand Jalapeno & Cheddar Flavor Cheese Dip
1 cup sour cream


Mix crust ingredients together and press into bottom of 9" buttered spring-form pan. Bake 10 minutes at 325 degrees.

Mix cream cheese until smooth, add cottage cheese, eggs and cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth. Add remaining filling ingredients. Bake in pan with crust 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.

Mix topping ingredients together - spread on top. Bake 15 minutes more. Chill at least 3 hours. Remove from pan. Garnish with diced green onions, tomatoes and sliced black olives. Serve with Fritos® brand Dip Size Corn Chips.
