Garbanzo Dip 
1 can (15 oz) garbanzos, drained 
1/3 cup oil 
2 Tbsp. water 
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar 
1/4 cup chopped green onion 
1/4 cup chopped parsley 
In blender place first four ingredients; cover.  Blend on high speed 2 minutes or until pureed, stopping blender often to push mixture into blades. 
In bowl stir together bean mixture, onion, and parsley. Cover; chill.  
Serve with fresh vegetables. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
