Caramel Dip for Apples
8 oz. block cream cheese, SOFTENED
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. sugar
2-3 t. vanilla extract
little milk, if neccesary
green and red apple slices
Blend 1st four ingredients well. If it's too thick, you can add a little bit of milk. Serve with apple slices, but be careful because they might turn brown. You might need to use Fruit Fresh.
