Bleu Cheese Dip
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 cup Bleu cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
3 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Grate Bleu cheese into cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients; blend thoroughly.
