Cheesy-Jalapeno Appetizer
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayo (or a little more if you like)
1/4 c. chopped pickled jalapeno pepper
1/8 c. chopped sweet onion
Mix together and chill. Serve with Fritos.
