Cheese: Harlequin Dip

Harlequin Dip

2 tblsp. milk
1 12 oz. carton creamed cottage cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 medium carrot, cut into 1-inch pieces
3 radishes, halved
3 sprigs parsley


Put milk, cottage cheese, lemon juice, salt and horseradish in blender container; cover and run on high until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; cover and run on low just until vegetables are chopped. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
