Herbed Cream Cheese Dip 
  
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature 
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 
1 tbsp. garlic powder 
1 tsp. lemon juice 
Dash Tabasco sauce 
Dash Worcestershire sauce 
1 tbsp. chopped onion 
1 tbsp. whole caraway seeds 
1 tbsp. whole celery seeds 
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives 
Salt and freshly ground pepper 
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with an electric mixer for about 2 minutes, or until well blended. Mound in a bowl, cover, and chill before serving. Serve with crisp crackers or as a dip with vegetables (cucumber, zucchini, yellow summer squash, etc.) cut in rounds. 
Makes about 1 cup
