Hot Bleu Cheese Dip
1/2 cup crumbled Bleu cheese
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1/4 hot sauce
Blend the Bleu cheese and sour cream thoroughly. Add all the other ingredients, blending well. Cover and chill several hours or overnight to blend flavors.
