Jalapeno Spinach Dip 
3/4 lb. Velveeta Mexican cheese with jalapeņo peppers 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked, drained and squeezed 
Melt Velveeta and cream cheese with the microwave oven on Low, heat until melted. Stir in spinach; heat thoroughly, stirring constantly. Serve with Melba rounds.
