Sausage-Cream Cheese Dip

1 lb. bulk sausage
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Cream cheese
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies


Brown sausage, drain. Cube 2 packages (8 oz each)cream cheese and add to skillet with one can rotel tomatoes. When cream cheese melts, it's ready to serve or use one package cream cheese and use as a filler in stuffed mushrooms. Heat in oven until warm.
