  Salmon Dip 
  1 can (about 14 ounces) salmon, do not drain 
  1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 
  2 Tablespoons chopped green onion 
  8-12 drops liquid smoke (this is absolutely essential)
 
  Mix all of the ingredients together. Great with butter-flavored crackers.
