  Curried Crab Dip
  1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened 
  1 tbsp crab juice 
  1/4 tsp curry powder 
  4 tbsp lemon juice 
  2 c fresh lump crabmeat, drain and reserve juice 
  Mix thoroughly the cream cheese, crab juice, curry powder and lemon
 juice in a 1 1/2 quart casserole.  Gently fold in the crab meat. Bake 
for 30 minutes at 325. Serve hot with crackers or melba toast. 
(May be kept warm by using a chafing dish or fondue pot).
  Yields - about 3 cups
