Dill Dip 
1 cup fat-free mayonnaisse 
1 (8 oz) non-fat sour cream 
2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes 
1 Tbsp. dried minced onion 
2 tsp. dill weed 
1 1/2tsp. seasoned salt 
1 tsp. sugar 
Combine all ingredients well. Chill for 1 hour: serve with vegetables or crackers. 
yield: 2 cups
