  Florentine Artichoke Dip 
  10 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well 
  2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 
  3 cloves garlic, minced 
  1/2 c. mayonnaise 
  12 oz. cream cheese, softened 
  2 T. lemon juice 
  1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated 
  Combine all ingedients, stirring well. Spoon into a lightly greased 11 x 7 baking dish.
  Sprinkle with 1 c. fine, dry breadcrumbs and bake @ 375 for 25 min. Serve with crackers.
