  Creamy Lemon Dip
   
  1/4 c fresh lemon juice 
  1 (16 oz) container sour cream 
  2 c mayonnaise 
  1 tbsp finely grated lemon rind 
  1 tbsp horseradish 
  1 tbsp Dijon style mustard 
  1 tsp salt 
  Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Chill to allow flavors to absorb. Serve with fresh  vegetables. Yields about 4 cups.
