Strawberry Pecan Dip
2 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened 
1 cup strawberries, chopped 
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans 
2 1/2 T. honey 
1 T. milk 
1/8 tsp. ginger 
Beat the cream cheese until smooth.  
Add remaining ingredients and blend in well.  
Refrigerate several hours to blend the flavors together.  
Serve with fresh fruit. 
Makes approx. 1 1/2 cups of dip.
