Fruit with Amaretto Cream
1 1/2 tablespoons Amaretto liqueur
2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups fresh fruit; or more
In small mixing bowl, combine Amaretto and brown sugar. Add sour cream and mix well. Prepare at least two hours before serving. Stir occasionally to dissolve brown sugar.
