Hot Crab Dip

Hot Crab Dip

1 (6-oz) can crabmeat
1 (16-oz) chunk of cheddar cheese
1/2 c butter or margarine


Drain and flake the crabmeat. Shred the cheddar cheese. combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it is well blended and cheese is melted. Serve warm in a chafing dish.

Makes about 4 cups
