Mexicali Bean Dip 
Recipe from Colorado/Nebraska Dry Bean Commission 
1 (15 oz.) can refried beans 
1 (8 oz.) jar picante sauce 
1 cup grated cheddar cheese 
Stir together and heat in microwave 4 minutes. Stir and serve with corn tortilla chips.  Can add 1 pound browned ground beef to the above ingredients prior to heating. You can also make tacos, burritos or tostadas out of it.  1/4 cup is one serving and 95 calories.
