  Pepperoni Dip 
1 (8 oz) brick cream cheese (softened) 
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream mushroom soup 
3/4 C pepperoni (finely chopped) 
Optional: finely chopped onions, green or red bell pepper, black or green olives, mushrooms 
Melt cream cheese and soup together, until smooth.  
Add pepperoni cook over medium heat for about 10-15 min.  
Stir constantly, or it will burn. 
Add any optional ingredients you wish, heat through, serve with crackers.
