Mustard Egg Dip 
6 hard cooked eggs 
1/3 cup mayonaisse 
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine softened 
2 tsp. lemon juice 
1 tsp prepared mustard 
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 
3/4 tsp. liquid smoke (optional) 
1/2 tsp. salt 
1/4 tsp. pepper 
Hot pepper sauce to taste 
In a bowl or food processor combine all ingredients; mix until smooth. Serve with vegetables 
yield: 1- 3/4 cups.
