Oil-less Black Bean Dip

1 small clove garlic, optional
1 Tblsp pickled jalapenos
1-15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 tsp ground cumin
salt to taste
1 Tblsp cider vinegar
3 Tblsp or more water


With food processor motor running, drop garlic and jalapeno down feed tube to puree. Scrape down sides of bowl. Add remaining ingredients, pulsing until you get the consistency you like. Add more water if necessary. Don't overprocess. Serve with tortilla chips or vegetables.
