Quick Fruit Dip 
9 cal/tbsp 

Combine one 8-ounce carton of yogurt, 3 tbsp low cal strawberry jam'and 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon; chill. Serve with chilled
fruit dippers: seedless green grapes, apple wedges, cantloupe or honeydew balls or pinneapple chunks. Makes 1 1/4 cups
