Salmon Pistasio Dip
16 oz cream cheese at room tempature
mix with 8oz finely chopped smoked salmon(lox)
1/2 cup finely chopped pistasios and 6 Tbsp lemon juice
Blend well and chill. serve with wheat thins or large scoop type Fritos
