Hot Crab Dip 
3 lb Cream cheese 
2 Shallots; chopped 
1/2 bunch Scallions; chopped 
1/4 c Chopped jalapeno peppers 
1/2 c Salsa 
1 c Diced tomatoes 
1/2 c Nacho cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack) 
1/4 c Horseradish 
2 tb Garlic 
1/4 c Lemon juice 
1/4 c Dry sherry 
2 tb Old bay seasoning 
2 lb Crab claw meat 
Soften cream cheese. Place rest of ingredients (except crab) in pot and heat; simmer 15 minutes. Stir in cream cheese. Take off heat; fold in crab meat.
