Monterey Shrimp and Cheese Dip

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese with peppers, shredded
2 (4 oz.) cans shrimp, drained
1 (2-1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Tortilla chips


Stir together first 5 ingredients in a 1-quart microwave-safe dish. Microwave at HIGH 3 minutes or until cheese melts, stirring after each minute. Serve immediately with tortilla chips. Yield: 3-1/4 cups.
