  Smoked Salmon Spread 
  1 (15 1/2 oz.) can of salmon, drained and flaked 
  1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese softened 
  1 tablespoon lemon juice 
  2 tsp. grated onion 
  2 tsp. prepared horseradish 
  1/4 tsp. liquid smoke 
  2 drops of hot sauce 
  chopped fresh parlsey. 
  Mix all ingredients except parsely into a log or ball. Cover and chill
 overnight. Before serving,
  roll in chopped parsley. Serve with crakers.
