Spinach Dip 
2 (10 oz) pkg frozen, chopped spinach - cut finely and drained, squeezed dry in a towel 
1/2 cup chopped green onions and stems 
1/2 cup chopped parsley 
2 tbsp. chopped chives 
1/2 tsp. garlic powder 
2 tbsp. celery leaves, chopped 
2 tbsp. salad seasonings 
salt to taste 
pepper to taste 
2 cups mayonnaise 
1 lb. finely prepared creamed cottage cheese 
Mix well in a food processor. Prepare the day before and refrigerate. Serve with chips.
