Cucumber Dill Dip
The Laughing Bird Restaurant

8 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayo
2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded, chopped
2 TBS. sliced green onion
1 TBS. Lemon juice
2 tsp. snipped fresh dill or 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce


Beat Cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; stir to mix well. cover and chill.


Cucumber Garlic Dip

1 large cucumber, peeled and quartered
8 oz cottage cheese
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 pkg of ranch dressing mix
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder


In a blender, combine all ingredients,process until cucumber and pecans are pureed. Cover and refrig. until well chilled. Serve with Fresh vegtables.


Cucumber Onion Dip(for Veg.)-by isell

1/2 cup shredded cucumber, well drained
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 tsp salt
dash pepper


Combine and mix well. chill and serve with fresh vegtables.


Onion Cucumber Dip-by Ad

Follow direction carefully.

Break one large package cream cheese into chuncks and let stand for at least 30 min. at room temp. Then with a fork, mash cheese in mixing bowl. Slowly add just enough milk to soften cream cheese and blend until mixture is free of lumps, but still stiff. Peel cucumber about half way down.

Put grater over bowl containing cream cheese and using grater on the small grate side, grate cucumber pulp around sides only as far as seeds.

Take cucumber in your hands then squeeze out remaining juice into cream cheese.

Grate 1/2 of a small onion on small grate side and mix thoroughly into cream cheese. Add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp red pepper to mixture and chill. When serving if dip is too stiff add a small amount of milk.
