Spinach and Artichoke Dip

1 can artichoke hearts, drained 
1 (10 ounce) package frozen, chopped spinach - thawed and squeezed dry 
1 cup mayonnaise 
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 
2 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese 
Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C). Grease a 1 qt (1 liter) baking dish.  Rinse and chop artichokes. 
In a bowl, mix together artichokes, spinach, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese. Transfer mixture to baking dish and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese. 
Bake until cheese is melted about 15 min.
