 Creamy Broccoli Dip 
1 (8 ounce) package light cream cheese, softened 
2 tablespoons Grey PouponŽ Dijon Mustard 
2 tablespoons milk 
1 cup finely chopped cooked broccoli 
1/4 cup chopped red pepper 
2 tablespoons chopped scallions 
Chopped red pepper and Broccoli flowerettes, for garnish 
In a small bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese, mustard and milk until well blended.  
Stir in broccoli, red pepper and scallions.  
Cover; chill until serving time.  
Garnish with chopped red pepper and broccoli flowerettes if desired. 
Serve as a dip with crackers.
