Bailey's Irish Cream

3 eggs
1 can Eagle Brand milk
16 oz Coffee Rich
2 Tbls. cream de cocoa (chocolate liquer)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 cups Canadian whiskey (Canadian Hunter)

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend for approximately 1 minute. Keep refrigerated. This will keep for 4 weeks.
