Dublin Cream Cordial

1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 cup warm water
2 tsp instant coffee crystals or powder ( decaf ok too)
24 packets equal
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp brandy extract
1/8 tsp extract
1/2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 eggs
2 cups skim milk

Combine first 4 ingredients in blender. Blend on high for 5-10 minutes or until thick and creamy. Add extracts, cocoa, and eggs; blend until well-mixed. Add milk and blend until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate until chilled. Pour into cordial glasses.
Best when used within 4 days. Makes an 8 oz serving.
