A Majestic Margarita
Coarse salt and lime wedge
2 ounces premium tequila, silver or gold
1 ounce Grand Marnier
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
Cracked ice
Spread a thin layer of salt in a saucer. Rub the rim of an 8-ounce glass with lime wedge, then dip in salt. Combine all
other ingredients as follows.
For a straight margarita, place in a cocktail shaker or lidded jar, shake to blend, pour into glass, and serve. (For a margarita over ice, place more cracked ice in glass before pouring the drink.)
For a frozen margarita, place in blender, cover blender jar, blend on HIGH for about 10 seconds, pour into glass, and serve.
