2 cans (12 oz each) apricot nector, chilled
1 cup vodka
1/2 cup creme de cassis
1 bottle champagne, chilled
Fill a ring or other mold with water and chunks of fruit for color and freeze. In a 3 quart bowl mix nector, vodka,
and cassis. When ready to serve stir in champagne. Unmold ice ring and place in punch.
