Espresso Shots

Serves 6
4 tablespoons coffee beans
3/4 cup (6 fl oz) cream
70g (2 1/4 oz) dark chocolate
3 tablespoons coffee or chocolate liqueur
Place coffee beans and cream in a saucepan over low heat and simmer for 4-5<
minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to stand for 20 minutes, then strain to remove beans.
Return cream to pan, add chocolate and stir until smooth.
Stir liqueur through cream.
Pour mixture into shot glasses and refrigerate until set.
